Women’s Self Defense Class in Charlotte

The class starts at 6:00 pm sharp (at Watchdog Tactical 10430 Harris Oak Blvd. Ste H. Charlotte, NC 28269)

We will start the class on time. Our course is a TPI class, which stands for Total Participant Involvement. So, feel free to ask questions and get involved in the discussions.

The course time is two hours long.

Ladies Self Defense Course Outline

• Stretches: (5-7 mins)
• Introduction to Krav Maga
• Stances
• Striking and angles of movement
• Combinations and pattern recognition
• Defense against the front choke
• Defense against multiple types of grabs
• Combine everything learned
• Q&A for the last 10 minutes of class

**No firearm or ammunition is allowed in the classroom. No exceptions.**
