REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING A REFUND: 

All holsters carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects, functionality and fitment issues. Please keep in mind that all holsters are hand-made and custom to fit your holster as best as possible – including in stock items. If you encounter any of these issues with your holster, we will ask FIRST to be able to fix/repair your holster to your liking before reviewing your order for a refund. This is to provide our best customer satisfaction and ensuring we fulfill your holstering needs.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR 30 DAY POLICY:

Only regular priced items are subject to refund. Any orders older than 30 days will not be refunded, this is to include no refunds for On Sale items and light-bearing holsters or completely custom holsters (Attack Dog, Under Cover Elite, items made with carbon fiber OD green, carbon fiber black, kryptek highlander, etc…). For inquiries regarding any refunds, please contact us through customerservice@wdtactical.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for return contact regarding returns.
