Swapping base pads on your Magpul GL9 PMAGs? The Apex J-Plate drops straight onto the factory retention plate — no fitting, no extra parts. Laser-marked identification dots let you tell your magazines apart at a glance on the range or in a match. It adds about 0.045 ounces, so the mag handles exactly the same in your hand. 

Note what it does not do: capacity stays stock.
