The gas system vents excess gases to aid in recoil reduction and helps eliminate stress on operating components. This All Purpose Field model has a synthetic buttstock and forend with a 14.5″ LOP, 26″ vent rib barrel with a matte blued metal finish, and a metal bead front sight. It includes Mossberg International’s Sport Set of (5) choke tubes.
