The pouch is sewn together with the pistol magazine pouch on the top side of the rifle magazine pouch. Each pouch uses its own bungee retention system so you won’t have any issues with retention when one is deployed. The UA Stacked Rifle/Pistol Magazine Pouch securely holds most rifle and pistol magazines, as well as certain radios, flashlights, etc.
